The doctor had ordered prescriptions for me to be electronically sent to my pharmacy and the pharmacy never received them. So I called back and when I talked to the person at the office who answers the phone and explained the situation, she was much more interested in telling me how it wasn't their fault and that they did send it and it says it received. And she wasn't hearing that I just wanted the problem to be solved because I needed the medication. And that was a little frustrating, but that was the only negative experience I've ever had over there. Otherwise, I absolutely love it.
