I love my doctor and the service when I go to the office, but it's a shame that I can't get a hold of her when I need her and I have to call some office that, you know, that can't relate to what I'm going through with her. She's excellent, but I really wish I can get more personal with her when I call up the office. And you can't call the office. You have to call this this other place that I don't know where it is. But anyway, that has to be improved. You should be able to call the office.
