When I called for a new appointment,I specifically asked for a new NP. I was directed to Imari. I was quite happy with her. But, the morning of the appointment I received a phone call stating that the previous NP had time to see me. I said I specifically requested a new NP. Strange how that was not relayed. When I asked about the appointment I was said it was to check my blood pressure. On my appointment with her my blood pressure was high. But, she did NOT listen when I told her I had an oil change appointment that morning that took 4 hours and an unexpected $900. I had my dog with me who had a grooming appointment. But, with the length of the appointment and the huge dollar invested I was rushing to get my dog home and make the appointment on time. She didn't listen. She told her assistant that she wanted me to take my BP for a specific time period. Then she left the room. I told the person at the front desk I do not have a BP machine. She spoke to the assistant who was on the phone who waved me away. I left. During my new appointment with Imari I said I made the appointment for a new physical. She seemed surprised. She had it in her notes I was their to check my BP. She explained I should wait until the year from the previous one. I liked Imari . I question the communication process. So would I recommend Centerwell. That remains to be seen. Oh by the way, since that previous appointment I had surgery so my blood pressure was checked numerous times.
