The doctor visit was very good. All questions were answered and referral suggestions were good. The problem was with the referral schedulers who sent me information for a doctor that was not located at the address and phone number I was given. I had to contact the office for them to find someone else. The second, I was given a third party card with phone number to call and schedule an appointment for a bone density scan. The person I spoke with given on the card said they dont do that. I have to have my doctor directly send an order and schedule the scan. Overall this was a little frustrating.

I have mixed feelings about corporate medicine. Their was confusion on blood work ordered and was given card saying 8:00 time to come in for blood work and sent e mail saying 8:20 that makes difference when not eating and have class at 9:00 I do like Dr. Fala
