I look forward to coming to my appointment because everyone is so pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere is warming.

On transferring requested information to my care provider was very poor. One case, I was to give Ms Daye my blood pressure readings. I called in on the same day with the results. Two days later, I received a call from the desk asking me why I called. The next day, another person called me asking the same question. I don't know whether Ms Daye had received the message or not.
