The Soulier City call center staff could be more respectful of patients' needs and more responsive. I consistently have a problem with one individual at the Soulier City location. I believe her name is Yehira. She is a young Hispanic woman. The rest of the team shines, including a Hispanic male who is very friendly named Sergio. Every time I go in the practice, I feel welcome, but some of the others, not so much. I feel the front desk staff could improve and the call center staff could improve. Overall, a good experience, but could be better.
