I have been seen by Dr. Jimenez twice, and she has shown a genuine interest in helping me resolve my health issue. She explains my health condition and the possible treatment options very clearly and allows me to work as part of a team for my prompt recovery. I regret that, until now, when I've had a health problem, I've never been able to see my primary care physician, but I don't know if that's the method you, as a clinic, use. I believe the term "primary care physician" is self-explanatory, but Dr. Jimenez has done an excellent job with my acute health situation, during which I have suffered greatly.

Referrals took 57 minutes just to talk. She wanted to send a referral to Akumin for work I already had completed at Guidewell, recommended by triage nurse. When I tried to explain what I really needed she hung up on me.
