Charis Cyr is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience in the medical field and over 2 years specializing in Family Medicine. Charis graduated from the University of Miami with her Master’s degree in Nursing. In her role as an APRN, Charis believes that the senior-centered healthcare approach at CenterWell allows her to focus on her patient’s health while following preventive care measures that help her detect chronic diseases early to improve her patient's quality of life. She enjoys coming into the center each day and getting the opportunity to speak with her patients to ensure that their health is improving and they’re feeling better. By spending this time with her patients, Charis gets to learn more about them and their health goals and needs, to make sure that she is addressing all of these factors during each visit. Charis emphasizes the importance of developing the right relationship with her patients, founded on open communication, transparency and trust. When she’s not at the office, Charis enjoys traveling and exploring new cities, as well as exercising and reading.
