My doctor, Beverly Roberts, seems very, very stressed. She always looks very stressed when I see her. Also, there are too many phone numbers to call for an appointment. You speak to one person, she kind of hems and hauls about whether she's actually going to transfer you to the main number. Then you talk to the main number and they say they don't have any idea what's going on or what I'm talking about. And then I'm finally going to get a doctor's appointment sometimes. Sometimes they call me back or they say they'll call me back, but they don't call me back. I'm at the point now where I'm considering leaving this agency because I'm not sure. It doesn't feel welcoming at all, at all. That's the end. Bye.

My experience, because I'm a new patient, was hands-on care, a concern with my health. Ms. Roberts got right on the situation, referred me to some specialists to get some work done, and I have to give her my last primary caregiver because I had to change company. And I'm kind of glad that it happened because she seems to be more attentive than the last primary caregiver that I had. She was more hands-on. And the receptionist and the nurse that I dealt with were very professional. And I would recommend Sunwell to ?
