- Checking your blood pressure, weight, vision, and hearing to identify and schedule any needed routine health screenings, such as diabetes and cancer screenings. These preventative health screenings are critical to keeping you out of the hospital and in the best health possible.
- Going over your health history.
- Discussing your health goals and address any concerns.
- Reviewing your medications.
