We have some exciting news to share: CenterWell Senior Primary Care has completed its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of The Villages Health (TVH).

We wanted to give you more information on who CenterWell is: CenterWell Senior Primary Care is the nation’s largest senior-focused, value-based primary care provider, serving approximately 450,000 patients at 350 locations across 15 states, with 150 centers in Florida. CenterWell provides proactive, preventive and whole-person care to treat most chronic and acute-care conditions. And just like TVH, CenterWell is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused primary and specialty care, along with an excellent patient experience.

In addition to UHC remaining in network, CenterWell is expanding your Medicare Advantage health plan choices. In 2026, The Villages Health will accept health plans from Aetna, CarePlus, Florida Blue, Humana and UnitedHealthcare.

If you have questions about your Medicare Advantage options for 2026, you are encouraged to reach out to your current licensed broker or agent, go to www.Medicare.gov or visit one of the nine Health Insurance Resource Centers located in The Villages® community. Updates to 2026 health plans can be made throughout the Annual Election Period, which ends December 7, 2025, and during the Open Enrollment Period (OEP) from January 1 – March 31, 2026.
