As of September 26, select Cano Health locations in Texas and Nevada have become part of CenterWell Senior Primary Care, a group of primary care specialists dedicated to senior healthcare. Even though our name changes from Cano Health to CenterWell Senior Primary Care, our doctors and staff remain the same providers who have been taking care of you and your medical needs.
